Ok let's see - we have an image hosted on a profile that is 1 day old and asks you to visit a website with a strange url with a promise of a financial reward on an another website. How do you even imagine that would work? And now, of course, people start crying that their computers got infected with malware. Which is great - every genius who fell for this obvious phishing scam deserved it. I hope your shitty computer burns and you along with it.

Opinions are a Dangerous thing: Art StylesThis isn't about narking on anyone no, infact this is just my own muses really! You could say this is a journal for ENCOURAGEMENT! *SHINES*
I find sticking to one style restrictive if you are a beginning/moderate artist! (even professionals I might say! though I can't speak for everyone)
Having a distinctive look on how your art is done and produced is understandable and its a desire to appear unique to the point some one can just SEE your work and instantly think 'Oh! that's Ten-days!' or something along the line. However, when you are trying to find who you are and what kind of art you are to produce, I recommend trying, well, a lot of different things! Different styles, mixing styles, different colouring techinque, brushes, tools, shading. Don't feel dependant on what you are already doing and don't feel pressured by people just for trying new things!
Push out of your comfort zone. Can't draw hands? don't avoid it! draw the heck out of them! (how else are you going to learn?)

What I personally find the hardest to draw is feet and hands. I found that with a lot of practice and a lot of frustrating mistakes my feet and hands actually look at the very least almost the way i want them to be.
Now my favorite Style of drawing is Anime or sometimes semi-realism, and i find that by doing studies of the more traditional style realism actually helps improve my anime pictures greatly. For instance i would practice drawing my hands and feet in different positions holding different things and from different angles. I also find it extremely helpful while i'm drawing and i'm having a particularly hard time drawing a hand or a foot in a certain position i will stop for a

Earlier today Marcio Takara found out that some jerk was taking his artwork and selling it on T-shirts, you can read about that here: [link]

Well just now I found out from Tristan [link] that the same jerk has taken the Watchmen Peanuts piece and has put it on a T-Shirt for his own profit. Now I know I kind of abandoned the piece a couple months ago, but regardless I'm pissed because it's still got my signature on it. And apparently the printing process can't handle the original piece because the colors have somehow been dumbed down. Look here: [link]

I don't know what kind of action I can take if any, but this kind of thing has really got me steamed. I'd really hate to start putting a watermark on everything but if that's what it takes. GRRR. If nothing else, everybody go let this guy know what a jackhole he is.

I've had similar stuff happen with my t-shirt designs. You can google some pretty nasty legal shit to send him. The first would be a cease and desist (which usually does the trick). The person he really needs to watch out for is the people who own the rights to the characters. The peanuts/watchman thing is a double whammy.

Thieves are a scummy lot. I had a piece lifted this past fall, and found the guy online. He was trying to tell me the piece was public domain since it was an established character. Since I could do anything with the character, he could do the same with my art. I told him to pretty much stop, and then had a friend of mine who is a no practicing lawyer to send him an email. the guy pretty much crapped himself after that and the art disappeared offline. I still keep my eye on the pos every now and then.

Punk ass bitch. Hate 'em!!!

I've had a few calls from parties interested in re-printing my "The Last Happy Meal" piece, most recently a university in Oregon who wanted it for a publication that would serve as the text for a course. I said as long as they paid me a fee that I'd allow it. And as is always the case, they never responded after that, leading me to think that they either dropped the idea or ran the cartoon without my permission because they knew I couldn't find them.

The moral of this story is that people suck. You can't create anything in this world without someone trying to steal it from you. And if there's any justice in this world (which I have yet to see proven), this guy will man up, apologize to you, then get the boot from Ebay. I'll be watching....
