Folks have been asking how I put together the colored ink wash pieces for a while, and I usually have a hell of a time trying to explain it over the internet.  I was going to try and do it live over on UStream, but I'm still working that one out.

So I thought I'd try taking you guys through the process with the latest 1990 Gettysburg cartoon.

You can find the post here at my blog --> ([link] gone over it a couple times now, so hopefully it all makes sense, but I encourage you to leave questions if you have any.

Otherwise, thanks for humoring me while I post the 1990 Gettysburg stuff.  I still love drawing the superheroes, but I was itching to write something.  And thanks for all the kind words and adds you guys have been leaving, I'm trying to get back to everybody when I can.  You guys are awesome.

Wow, that's fantastic! I'm not even an artist and I found some stuff I can learn from that.

thanks for posting that on your blog. I think it makes enough sense I might try that technique for coloring something in the not too distant future.
